Recent Yoga classes provided by disABILITY Louth at Namaste House in Drogheda was a welcomed change from Covid restrictions for some of our members.   Life after lockdown is good in the company of friends. Participants experienced a relaxed atmosphere in the Drogheda studio from Alison who adapts her sessions to cater for everyones needs.
