Steering Committee meetings are held on a monthly basis on the first Tuesday of each month.
Venues are normally advised on the notice of the meeting.
We are currently conducting our meetings remotely using Zoom to ensure the safety of our members during the COVID 19 pandemic.
FULL MEMBERS MEETINGS
A full members meeting is normally held during the month of June
As this is a larger meeting the venue is usually a hotel with some transport provided.
The Annual General Meeting is normally held during the month November.
As like the full members meeting the venue is usually a local hotel and transport is also provided.
Agendas for all meeting are posted regularly and the minutes of the current/latest meeting are also uploaded to the website on approval.
Copies of the Annual Reports are also uploaded to the web.
